1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Bittly Hub ("the Platform" or "we"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before registering an account or using any services provided by the Platform. By registering an account or using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

Bittly Hub is a project collaboration platform for developers and teams, offering the following core features:

• Project management and document collaboration;
• Team member management and permission control;
• Version snapshots and change history;
• Project issue tracking;
• Membership subscriptions and storage expansion.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part or all of the services at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information, and keep it up to date.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 If you discover unauthorized access to your account or any other security issue, please notify us immediately.

3.4 Each user may only register one account. Accounts may not be transferred or sold without prior written permission from the Platform.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Upload, post, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, false, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate;
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other lawful rights of others;
• Launch cyberattacks against the Platform or other users, engage in malicious scraping, or interfere with normal operations;
• Access the Platform through unauthorized automated means (bots, crawlers, etc.);
• Use the Platform for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Distribute spam, advertisements, or any form of unsolicited commercial content (unless authorized by the Platform).

5. User Content

5.1 Content you create or upload on the Platform ("User Content") remains your property. You grant the Platform the necessary rights to store, display, and process User Content solely for the purpose of providing the services.

5.2 You bear full responsibility for the legality of your User Content and warrant that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

5.3 The Platform reserves the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms without prior notice, and may suspend or terminate the associated account depending on the severity of the violation.

6. Intellectual Property

The trademarks, logos, interface design, software code, and related documentation of the Platform are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by Bittly Hub or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of the above in any manner without prior written authorization.

7. Paid Services and Refunds

7.1 The Platform offers both free and paid membership plans. Pricing and features for paid services are as stated on the pricing page.

7.2 All payments are prepaid. When a membership subscription expires and is not renewed, the account will automatically be downgraded to the free plan; data will not be deleted immediately.

7.3 Except where required by law, completed payments are generally non-refundable. For special circumstances, please contact us and we will handle your request on a case-by-case basis.

7.4 We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1 The Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8.2 The Platform is not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, or government actions.

8.3 While the Platform takes reasonable measures to protect user data, it does not assume liability beyond what is required by law for data breaches resulting from hacking or system vulnerabilities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if the Platform has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Account Termination

10.1 You may request account deletion at any time through your account settings. After deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10.2 If you violate these Terms, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice and without any liability for compensation.

10.3 Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Significant revisions will be communicated in advance via platform announcements or email. Your continued use of the Platform after revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for the latest version.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform's services shall first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent people's court at the Platform's place of registration.
