This Refund Policy applies to the following paid services purchased through Bittly Hub:
- Individual membership plans (monthly and annual subscriptions);
- Team membership plans (monthly and annual subscriptions);
- Storage expansion add-ons;
- Other one-time paid features or services.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if any of the following conditions are met:
- Service Outage: A platform technical issue prevents you from using a paid feature during your subscription period and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate Charge: A system error causes the same order to be charged more than once.
- Unused Service: For annual subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not materially used the relevant features.
- Legal Requirement: Applicable laws or regulations explicitly grant you the right to a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not issued in the following circumstances:
- A monthly subscription has entered its billing cycle and the service is being provided normally;
- An annual subscription has been active for more than 7 days and the service is operating normally;
- Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service;
- You voluntarily discontinue the service for personal reasons (e.g., no longer using the platform, switching to another service);
- A plan was purchased at a special promotional discount (subject to the terms of that promotion);
- A storage expansion add-on where storage has already been consumed.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Bittly Hub account, navigate to Dashboard �?Orders, and locate the relevant order;
- Send a refund request email to support@bittly.dev including:
- The email address registered to your account;
- Your order number;
- The reason for your refund request with a detailed explanation;
- Any relevant screenshots or supporting materials (if applicable).
- We will contact you within 3 business days of receiving your request to confirm your refund eligibility;
- Once approved, the refund will be returned via the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment channel (typically 3�?0 business days).
6. Partial Refunds
For annual subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days but less than 6 months, we may, at our discretion, offer a pro-rated partial refund based on the remaining unused period. The final amount will be determined by our support team upon review.
7. Refund Processing Times
Refunds are returned via the original payment method:
- Alipay: Typically credited within 1�? business days;
- WeChat Pay: Typically credited within 1�? business days;
- Bank Card: Typically credited within 3�?0 business days, depending on your issuing bank.
Any transaction fees incurred during the refund process (if applicable) will be borne by the Platform and will not be deducted from the refund amount.
8. Account Downgrade
Once a refund is processed, your account will be immediately downgraded to the free plan. Any paid features used during the subscription period (such as additional storage or advanced functionality) will no longer be available. Please back up any relevant data before submitting a refund request.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to revise this Refund Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated in advance via platform announcements or email. The revised policy will apply to purchases made on or after the date of the revision.
